Bodies doesn’t mean depth. Losses on interior. Need upgrade at OTs.

remains most concerning part of current team IMO.

Edwards isn't projecting as a OT?

Who’s we lose? Oft injured Purcell and Kutsch? Returning guys at least 1% better version of themselves. Just add 2 and better OL and QB play guaranteed.

Hell, you ARE LittleBang. 1% better of mediocre at best is still mediocre. Just add 2 better OL? How's that going?

Lytle is gone.

I don't even know what to say to that. 11 OL, 5 of which are frosh or RSFr. No way you can have a spring game. The OL was critically thin on depth and talent. Pursell retires, Ray transfers, Kutsch graduates and now Lytle leaves. Not that all of those guys were stellar, but you do have to at least have somebody with the size to play OL on your roster, and CU is now down to numbers that are hard to imagine.

Unreal to see it on paper.

This team is going to be a disaster even if things go our way. Most talented players leaving, years of failed HS recruiting, getting consistently beat for transfers.

OL is young and lacks talent, DL not young but lacks talent. Other than Sami which defensive lineman do we have who has shown that he can consistently or even frequently beat his man one on one. We get no pressure on the passer without committing blitzers which then leaves a young LB corps and DB group that is thin and lacking outstanding players under added pressure.

And with BRice even if he is the #3 WR or even #4 at USC he is going to get more and better opportunities than he would here.

Riley and his staff have populated the NFL with WRs from Oklahoma, some 1st rounders others later in the draft but either way guys who have stuck and had success.

Based on what we have seen he will get better coaching at USC. Playing in an offense with a competent OL and QB means he will be able run the full range of routes instead of the slants and screens the CU offense was forced to run by failure to protect the passer.

It also makes a big deal that he will be working in practice against a better level of DBs.
