You're not kidding. NCCU is going deep into the playbook, going against tendencies and bringing out some new wrinkles. Looks like Chris Petersen is their guest OC today.
 
I don’t like the loss of cool by some of the JS guys. I like aggressive and all that, but don’t hurt your team.

SC State exposed JSC horrible OL and just played for the deep ball and JSU couldn't do anything about it. Defensively, like today, dominating the LOS.

It does seem like this team having a month to prep gives them an advantage but JSU has flaws. All year, they have been horrible against mobile QBs who can throw. This 46 defense is flawed against the spread option but most SWAC QBs aren't good enough to handle it.

JSU is a speed based defense. It's not build on bulk. So SC State is doing what NC Central did.

Offensively, JSU is much better than last year so it's not as easy to expose but the left side of the line which PFF liked which I hated is showing why I hated them. They don't get any push and can't do anything creative other than basic asks. If NC Central had a better pass rush, this would be a different game.

Honestly, Shedeur had has a pretty flawless game outside of that TD drive with the Hunter TD where he missed two throws and was late on two reads. But let's see how he does here. He's usually extremely clutch.
 
We aren't hoping the sucker punch dude is coming, are we?

He should've been reined in when he cheapshotted the NCC QB.
 
Not cool to give the HBCU bowl game the D level commentators. Would've been cool to have some prime folks in the booth.
