  1. Official Michigan State/Mel Tucker Hate Thread

Minnesota's lucky they're getting the B1G dollars because they'd otherwise have a really hard time retaining their HC and those coordinators. The OC left for Penn State, got a raw deal and was quickly fired, and is now back and looking great. The DC Joe Rossi has been a revelation for them...
  2. Official Michigan State/Mel Tucker Hate Thread

Michigan State fans are mad because they can't write Washington off as a fluke or just a flaw where a good QB that has always performed well against them had their number. Minnesota manhandled them. It was complete domination, and they're just looking for excuses as to why the team that isn't...
  3. We now take you to Tempe, AZ

ASU gutting its coaching staff because someone's mom bought plane tickets for a few kids that didn't even go to ASU while SEC teams are making millionaires out of dozens of kids in the same class is pretty hilarious. Did ASU fib? Yes. Are they paying for it? Sure looks like it. A&M just...
  4. CU Buffs hire former Minnesota OC Mike Sanford as their new OC

Yeah, moved to the Twin Cities.
  5. CU Buffs hire former Minnesota OC Mike Sanford as their new OC

It still makes me mad and I'm not even a real Minnesota fan (ASU). Rarely do us "also ran" type teams have what UMN had going for it, so when one blows it, it kinda sucks. Minnesota's offense wasn't "Bad". They were actually pretty alright at a glance. Ball control, converted third downs...
  6. #FireMikeSanford

He's awful. I want to really drive this in though- Minnesota has a RT who will go 1st or 2nd round, an RG who will probably go 3rd to 4th, the 3rd best Center in the country who would probably go in the same range if he had gone pro, an LG who started 50some odd games and would be a late round...
  7. #FireMikeSanford

I legitimately thought it was a joke when I read you hired him. The hit job he did on Tanner Morgan, who was only behind Burrows, Hurts, Tua and Fields in efficiency prior to Sanford taking over, is borderline criminal. He's had one of the best OL's in the country, a QB that put up crazy stats...
  8. Official Arizona State Game Thread

ASU isn't good. Y'all just suck really hard. I wish I (an ASU fan) could enjoy this win but I know it's bull ****. The whole South is trash tier.
  9. Other Games Thread September 1-4 (warning, big weekend, it's a long one)

I like you guys against Minnesota without Ibrahim. There are lots of RBs out there who can put up big, gaudy stats, and I don't think Colorado will have many games this year where Broussard isn't the best RB on the field, but Ibrahim was a different sort of animal. Gophers won't be the same.
  10. We now take you to Tempe, AZ

Really kind of doubt it unless the season goes up in flames. The AD would have to go down with the ship too. They'll probably ride it out, especially after seeing the Baylor punishment. If the team falls apart and they go 6-6 or 7-5, that's another story. This is probably the best ASU roster...
  11. 2021 Offseason Thread

Eh. Let them prove it in practice. Normally the doghouse is there for a reason. We (ASU) had the best rush offense in the conference and used 3 backs plus the QB. I suspect reservations Hagan has are more in that he doesn't trust the other RB's to keep your quarterback from getting killed...
  12. 2021 Offseason Thread

You could just give it to Broussard 35 times a game, but I think you're better keeping him somewhat fresh if you have other backs. Live, angry legs are important.
  13. 2021 Offseason Thread

That's one of those good problems. If your line continues to block, they'll all eat. The really interesting part of the next season, with so many players returning across the conference, is going to be who's able to make the most improvement. I think coaching and training will, at least for...
  14. 2021 Offseason Thread

The Chris Claiborne hire was probably more a relationship hire than ASU throwing tons of money at him to get him to leave USC. Claiborne and Antonio Pierce are friends and former teammates. Though I'm sure he's making a lot more as position coach than he was as an analyst.
  15. What programs could compete with only in-state talent?

ASU might be better if they actually just got to keep everyone that comes out of Phoenix.
  16. Other games 9/26-9/28

He's not terrible though. He just had a bad game, and he doesn't have any range. The long FG attempt was stupid. For a dude who was a backup walkon before Ruiz got hurt, he's done fine.
  17. Other games 9/26-9/28

ASU fan. You guys played a great game, and your offensive line gave Montez days of time. I've never seen him play that well, but having all day I'm sure played a part in it. There was also a lot of gamesmanship between your OC and our DC where you guys did a really a good job hiding your sets...
  18. 2019 Pac 12 schedule

ASU doesn't lose much from a numbers standpoint, but those that they do lose were pretty good. Their LT, RT and Nose are gone and were all pretty solid guys. N'Keal Harry obviously is a 1st round WR. Then Manny was a solid 3 year starter who didn't make many mistakes. There are also two DB's...
  19. '16 FL WR Dredrick Snelson (Verbal to Minnesota)

I think I read that he may be in need of a change in scenery. He could very well change his mind tomorrow, but I wouldn't be surprised if he received and took some advice to go somewhere far away where you can work without too many distractions. Kill's staff has a very good reputation for...
