'12 MD RB Wes Brown (Signed to Maryland)

They already have two bigger backs committed so maybe Meyer decides to cut ties with one or both of them, but I cannot envision a scenario where Meyer takes three big RBs in one class.

That is not what I took away from the article. The players would be interest in OSU with the hire of Meyer but did not indicate that OSU was interested in the players. OSU already has verbals from 2 top 25 RBs so I am not sure they are looking for another.

Good call. Didn't particularly read this article that closely; just saw the names of two of our targets.

From a UMiami Rivals article:
Brown says the recruiting process "hasn't been too hard," but that he's no longer going to be publicly listing frontrunners.

"Whenever I say a frontrunner something bad happens, so I'm not doing that anymore," Brown said. "Like when I said Miami, they got hit with something, and then Penn State was the last one I said.

 pease don't mention CU.

Vandy is a solid academic school, but CU is the best choice for Wes. If he is looking for academics and if he wants to be coached by the same RB coach that has coached Adrian Peterson in the NFl and has coached Chris Brown to the NFL. CU has a better chance in the Pac 12, than Vandy will ever have a chance in the SEC.
