'15 HI ATH Tuli Wily-Matagi (Verbal to Oregon State)

Adam with a lot of info on Tuli and his decision. With the changes at Utah and CU, as we might expect, it threw a lot of confusion into his process. CU still seems to be in a strong position. I really would love for him to be a Buff. Right at the top of my wish list (and since I didn't get a pony for Christmas, I think I'm owed).

Maybe, but we wanted him to grayshirt and I don't think he wanted to. Waste of a year of eligibility in ask likelihood

Just offering a potential reason. He seemed to cool when he was told his offer was a grayshirt offer and then his lead recruiter left.

Gotcha. Regardless, the coaches really put a lot into that recruiting weekend and looks like it will be a dud. No bueno.
