Would be zero surprise if this guy turns into the best QB in the class. Has the size, has the athleticism, has the skills, has the mental/emotional make-up.

Fans and rating services love to worry about who is #1 or #2 or #3, etc.

What matters is we have a guy with elite talent coming in. There are very few of those and we have one. Anyone want to bet against him becoming an elite college QB? I wouldn't.

Don’t underestimate Danny, he can really play too. We got youngsters developing right now as well

According to On3 he was trying to reclassify to be a 2024. I don’t think that’s the case any longer. Probably doesn’t feel the pressure to commit now. Hopefully this brings Underwood back in the picture. It looks to be between LSU, Michigan, and CU. Michigan had a 2025 blue chipper at QB commit about a month ago.

Elite QBs almost always commit early in the cycle & Underwood is going to LSU, not everything needs to be spun.
