hope those Olinemen realized there is a lot of room for new starters.
Which sideline?
Better have been our side.
Baylis and Grandview played Bear Creek at 1 today.
Baylis was not at the game, Grandview had a game at 1pm which they won vs Bear Creek.
Hopefully we can flip Thurston,Flores, and get Kozan to come to CU. WE need OL help badly.
I'll admit I'm wrong on Baylis but it looked just like him. The look alike was 6'5" flatbill CU hat and a shag. Yes, It was on the CU side.
Does callahan have shaggy hair?
The kid was skinny BCS I would know the difference between Callahan and Baylis
Wasn't questioning just wishful thinking
Oh ok a lot of stuff gets lost in translation over these forums. Callahan is good but I think we need to move on for now. They way I look at our OL recruiting most of the big names are either commited or are not coming to CU. So we need to take this approach
1. Find some JUCOs who can contribute immediatley.
2. Find some projects who need to be developed a lot more than the 4 and 5 stars but have potential and SIZE. You either redshirt or grayshirt them and then they play by (RS)JR year.
I say we move p-rich to OT....
I thought you said you saw these gentlemen? Sorry, I'm just a little confused.
I don't think this staff is just going to give up on kids just because they're committed to another program. If you don't like hearing it from me, ask Marc Mustoe. Accepting failure is and settling for lesser players is the sure way to doom this program.
I do agree with you on the JUCO's though. It'd be nice to sign a couple.
I'm rooting for BigCate to pony up 15 bones for membership. I think there might be value added to Barzil. Or maybe we can transfer 'tini's membership? I don't know the rules about these things.
The half full stadium had to have impressed 'em,
I am liking the 2012 recruiting class. All we need now is a couple of bluechippers at OL, Corner, RB, Safety to make it a great class.
Agreed. A class in the 40s is just what we need to get back to the top!
I don't go by rankings , i go by what i see on tape.
Dillon- elite passing skills
Payne- Power back with speed
Manea(sp)- Safety with WR skills
Solis- 300 pound DT that can start as a freshmen
Hennington- disruptive pass rusher at the DT position.
I like the 3 WR's coming in, the most underated player among them is Peyton Williams, All 3 are going to be really good.
Now that is funny:lol:
Yeah, I remember when you linked Bleacher Report as if it were a legit news source. Good times.
You do not pay attention to rankings, but you think we need blue chippers to make this a great class?
Bluechippers to me are players that are extremely talented players, don't care about rankings.
Hopefully Erich Wilson, Zaheer Webb, Peyton Williams will have the same early impact next August as we have seen from the likes of Goodson, Mccolough, Henderson. Diamond in the ruff players.
Ugh, has Goodson even played yet? Henderson has been great, but McCullouch has like 2 catches, I'm not quite ready to anoint him the next Paul Richardson. I know what you're getting at, and I think the coaches have a good eye for talent, but we can't rely on only diamonds in the rough. There's a reason we have awful depth right now and it's because we thought we were getting a bunch of diamonds in the rough the last few classes.
It's also because the last staff didn't develop talent.
Developing talent is important, but even good coaches can only do so much with average talent.
Separate names with a comma.
