**** bailer!

FYI, your avatar is killing me mayne. I'd like to not treat allbuffs as an adult film site and be worried about having it open with people around.
Haha. Well, I apologize for the inconvenience, but it is unlikely to change. But don't worry, I lurk more than I post.

It needs to change. It's not safe for work and that is not fair to a lot of the people who want to use Allbuffs. Thank you.

Isn't the NCAA still investigating or not? I'd think people would consider that before wanting to go there.

The NCAA is not responsible for investigating criminal matters like sexual assault. The Penn State episode proved that any NCAA sanction will likely be repealed.

The NCAA is not an enforcement body for Title 9 and Cleary Act infractions. This is also left to the criminal justice system.

Baylor, as a private institution filled with wealthy donors and sympathetic attorneys, have a strategy to settle. Victims are money whipped into silence, before anything comes to trial.

Do not hold your breath for the local law enforcement to do much. Unlike Boulder, there is no Sarah Kuta in Waco acting as a media watchdog for any story involving sexual misconduct.

The state of Texas won't do anything because Baylor isn't a public school and is therefore out of the reach of Freedom of Information requests and state oversight.

The DoJ and the Department of Education are large, bumbling federal bureaucracies filled with people who would rather not be in Waco (unless it involves firebombing a cult).

Don't hold your breath for justice. We may never know the facts or truth.

Everyone from the conference to the NCAA to local, state, and federal agencies are twiddling their thumbs and assuming someone else is in charge.

BU's injustices simply fall through the cracks. It's an American tragedy, really. What a stain on college football!

That's disconcerting. Thanks for the reply. CU would probably get the death penalty.

@BerkeleyBuff What Nik is saying politely is to pick something else, or the Junta will have to pick something.....and I'm leaning towards this

Nike released a big announcement blasting the current administration and all I can think about is them paying Bailor rapists.

**** Bailor

Well, looks like former ****bailer AD Ian McCaw is in a good spot following his termination for overseeing a rape coverup scandal: http://sports.yahoo.com/news/liberty-to-make-jump-to-fbs-level-as-independent-221531150.html
stupid move.

ODU just jumped up and is already causing grief to VT and UVA recruiting.
Across the state, attendance for college football is down (UVA hasn't sold out a home game in years; Tech sold out exactly one this year and two last year)
The Lynchburg area doesn't have the population base to support another team, and they're all UVA fans anyway (the drive is only 75 minutes).
