Butch Jones Decision Day Thread

This is making for great drama. To the outside world this must be pure entertainment.

I'm sick of hearing how nice mid-westerners are. Nebraska, tOSU, and now Cinci fans are all asshats. We are too but that is to be expected.

Adam M says that there are seven media trucks at Cincy when there usually are two. Don't think the press will cooperate with keeping questions limited to the bowl game.

looks like they have more chairs then us....but I do not see any water bottles sitting on the tables??

If they don't announce anything during this presser - and it sounds like they aren't going to - then does the pendulum swing back towards CU?

I would think so. Why hide it if you are staying. Who knows...

This is a bowl press conference. It has to be done. This is pure class by Butch.

The comments flying back and forth between CU and Cincy fans on the press conference page are hilarious.

Not answering questions about anything but the Belk Bowl. Not discussing jobs threatened to end presser if they ask more aobut jobs.

Seems like he's coming to CU, but he could just be posturing in order to get better terms from Cincy.

If the show "Lie to Me" taught me anything, it was Butch's response to "are you going to be coaching the Bearcats in the Belk Bowl?", he was shaking his head No while answering the question. Body language, go Buffs!

Not a ton to read into, but I thought the little he did offer up was more favorable for Cincy - including "I'm still the head coach and that speaks volumes," and "we'll bring you some when we come down there," talking about bringing Chili when they travel to Charlotte.
