Football Ticket Renewals - CU May Have Lost A Season Ticket Holder

These are fairly large increases from what I can tell. No way the AD couldn’t raise prices. There is really nothing we buy right now that hasn’t seen an increase.

However, a smaller incremental increase over a few years would have been a better selling point for most.

It was primarily cost for our group, as it has been for most everyone I've talked to; even a nominal increase would have prevented this much customer loss. Personally, I think it will be shocking for everyone in the AD to see how few people attend games this fall. We learned in our industry that customer who leave for either price OR **** product are 50/50 if they will ever return, customers who leave for both are never coming back - I think we all know where CU stands at the moment....
