But the RPO with him is terrible. He’s better suited to be just a straight drop back passer.
I think he’d do pretty well in a play-action pass offense.

Probably not a bad thing as the new coach will need all the time he can get recruiting better players.
Except all of the things I listed are must have critieria for a pocket passer. He is deficient at them. He’s in the best system for him, which BTW, is NOT an RPO offense.
I have a hard time believing Johnson has much thinking capacity most times, let alone an inside scoop.

He works for the AD... He doesn't typically break news, but I'm sure he hears it well before everyone not directly involved and Neil Woelk.
