Frazier running over that defender looked like something you would see in Tecmo Bowl. He was up one second and then completely flat on the ground the next second

Embree and Rip Scherer got to Sefo early and got a commitment from him. Sefo stuck with CU the rest of the way through the horrible 2012 season and coaching change. Did not leave the door open to other offers.

In a strict sense it is true, we were his only offer.

Part of that was that he was a very solid commit and was neither seeking or accepting offers.

He could have had some MWC/WAC type offers had he pursued them. Didn't have much interest from other P5 conference teams.
 
I haven't seen this anywhere, but do we script our first few drives? It almost seems like we do. We look so much better with 3rd drives and on. Maybe its just a good sign that we are making adjustments

DAMN! Not as crucial a component in this game but rather this concerns me going forward as all concussions do. Hope it's good and precautionary and they let him rest rather than force him back into action when we're well ahead.

Time to see what our LB depth gives us. We'd been counting on Gillam to clean up messes there for a long time.
