Hawkins 2.0?

If I'm an AD, I do every thing I can to make sure that's not the case. Brohm may be a superstar in waiting, but I'm not sure he showed anything at all before he inherited the WKU job from Willie Taggart and then Bobby Petrino. Those guys brought in the 4 recruiting classes before him and we know they can build.

Throw in that one year as a meh OC......

That's a very risky hire right there.

Around 3-3.5 with big incentives for Mac sounds about right to me. If the $10 mil is correct for coaches contracts, CU has taken a complete 360 regarding its football program from 10 years ago. Crazy

Two new coaching rumors for the board-footballscoop says Blake Anderson's reps (Arkansas State) are trying to get him in play for Baylor. Cincinnati Enquirer says Cincinnati is interested in Charlie Strong.

I don't know anything about him, but I agree that their is a big difference between sustaining winning at a 2nd tier school and building a winner.

Just pointing out that Shaw may not be the highest paid HC in the Pac 12 if we don't know what Helton is paid.

Granted, but I thought it was highly unlikely a guy with no head coaching experience was gonna get a better contract than a coach with 3 conference titles.

How many times does ****bailer have to cry wolf with bull**** leaks before people stop listening?

Baylor: Word began to get out today about the possibility of Baylor speaking with Oklahoma State head coach Mike Gundy. Sources tell FootballScoop this is straight coaching search legend….not based in reality. Not happening.
I heard bailer is talking to Saba but keeping it quiet until after the CFP.
