Yeah, he's not intentional about creating culture at all.

You might notice from the example that norms, customs and beliefs are all components of culture.
TBH, "If one fight, we all fight!" is all about mindset. But the fact that you can literally put everything under culture tells you no one actually knows what "culture" means.
 
Man, back in the day, when I was a military pilot, Fight CU tried to explain lift to me (though he had it confused with thrust) and now that I make my living as an organizational culture consultant, this is what I get.

It's okay to not understand things. It's weird though, when one assumes that because they don't understand something then nobody does.

But what does lift, and thus aerodynamics, have to do with helicopters? I thought their method of flight was sorcery.
