Was he not good at Arky? If I remember correctly, that's where your SEC family connections are
He was basically the reason for their under performance last year. He would have the O rolling, then just call the weirdest **** and stall them out. TE sneaks, double reverse flea flickers, plus I will try to find you a list of all the QBs he’s almost had murdered due to his scheme.

But yes, that’s where my daughter goes so I’ve got a pretty aggressive rooting interest. Plus, the starting QB at TCU is Chad Morris’ son, who was the guy that set that program back a decade.
Here it is: from TCU message board
“Briles ball is tough on QBs.

RG3 tore his ACL first time at Baylor and got concussions.

Blake Szymanski concussions.

Bryce Petty played through broken bones in his back and at least one severe concussion.

Seth Russell: knee injury, came back from that and broke his neck, came back from that and broke his ankle the next season. He also had at least one concussion.

Irrespective of Chandlers past injuries, the system makes me nervous. Losing Chance Nolan amplifies that concern, we are thin at QB when it comes to experience."

Doesn’t mention KJ Jefferson, but that dude was rendered ineffective due to injuries in 4 games last year because of the way Briles used him and there was no development of a backup.

I don't know if I can cosign and say Arky under performed offensively.

Chad actually was either an Analyst or assistant for USF last year before being fired. Chandler has some good things but this will be a massive challenge for him

D'Eriq King has his best year as a college QB in that scheme.

It's hard to put this all on Briles. RG3 won a Heisman with him. It seems like this highlights just the negatives but I will say, this is an offense where the WRs gotta be really smart. If not, timing can get jacked and of course, the QB gets jacked.

I watched enough Arky last year to say a) KJ Jefferson is pretty good; b) that offense beat the crap out of him; and, c) Arky moved the ball well, but had brain farts that killed a lot of drives. How much was Kendal and how much was generalized grab-assedness I cannot say.

That makes for a good username banner.

1. Schematc changes on their own are not as important to offensive player predictions since my model rates usefulness on a per pay basis. The model does account for plays per game, which is the critical statistic. There’s ample evidence in the model from Kent State and similar offenses to help predict per game play counts.
2. Defensive players are modeled on a usefulness per play basis in all schemes. The key variable we’ve found is the number of offensive plays, not the defensive scheme.
3. Competition is assessed by opponent inputs. My model rates every player. A productive player against other productive players has a higher rating than a productive player against less productive players.
4. My model does not apply only to Colorado. It applies to every team in FBS. We rate FCS players after their season concludes for transfer purposes only.

My inputs and analtytical choices are carefully designed to be as accurate as possible since the predictions generated are attached to actual wagered dollars. My models in American College Football and European Football have beaten sportsbooks every year for over a decade.
This reads like an ad you'd see in a magazine. I'm curious how many people work on this with you and what this system is called.

Down to 4 scholarship DLs. Ouch!
He was listed a EDGE/DE. One video had Sal saying he’d get him some snaps on third down (presumably on the inside).

Alston, Walker, Smalls and Hawkins are the other guys listed at the same position as Main and I assume the scrimmage on Saturday revealed he was likely running 3rd or 4th string.

DL still at 5 with McNeill, Cokes, Thomas, Payne and Wallace.

I’m not here to sell you anything. Like everyone else who posts here frequently, I’m here to share my opinions and slivers of my life. Sports betting just happens to be one of my life’s passions.
Do you have any action on Shadeur or Travis Heisman futures?

My bet is that when Chance returned to campus, he couldn’t hold up the 40 lbs of muscle, or whatever he added in like 8 weeks off the roster, and was the “incredibly shrinking man”, a term from my days in the gym. That was ridiculous and always a huge red flag as i pointed out at the time. Without that synthetic bulk, he was a D2 defensive end.

The Well Off video from yesterday showed McCaskill in pads (yello jersey, but participating in practice) talking to Prime and CP saying, “I need you for the game not practice”. They went on to show them talking about how McCaskill says he feels good and CP saying it’s about how he feels after multiple days.

Felt like they were talking like McCaskill will be ready to go on 9/2, but CP is just being extra careful

Do colleges/NCAA run PED testing during the season? I don’t think I’ve ever heard of any violations, sanctions, or suspensions for that, which seems like the dog that didn’t bark.
