He transferred or quit football. Can't remember which. Earning a number was never some stuff in that you were one of the best guys, it was about who was going out there and putting in the work every day and showing the right attitude.

I know we’re an improved team from last year, but I’ve been a Buff fan too long. I’m going into this season with the mindset we’re a 1-5 win team until it’s proven that we’re not.

There are 4 wins out there that should be almost locks - Nebraska, CSU, Arizona and Stanford. Then you have 8 others games to win two. Going bowling is definitely possible. Here's the thing - win at TCU (I give us a 40% shot) and sh!t gets real really fast.
