He wanted a chance in the pros. That means starting. That combined with Lewis (or Stout) being the future at CU made it a very easy decision by him, and CU. Maybe not a cancer, but he would have been unhappy if he stayed. That would have infected the lockerroom. He already left once when he was told the truth.

In a hindsight is 20/20 / counter factual world, I see him playing a lot for the Buffs right now if he were here.

Yeah, I think its going to be condos with street level retail, but I could be wrong on the retail part.

The Owners sold it quite a while ago. It was bought in 2016 from the Liquor Mart owners for $9M, and they leased it back. The new owner turned around and sold it for almost 2x in 2018.
