Official ****braska Hate Thread

Thing that makes Frost’s style of coaching irritating is the phraseology he uses!!!
Wisconsin tips a ball at the line of scrimmage and intercepts it, then drives for a TD. Frost says “ They caught a break”. WTF??? The DL had to be in position to tip it, and the LB had to be in position to intercept. Breaks, Luck, Inches, whatever is an entitled person explaining failure, instead of compliment your opponent and admit they MADE the play.

This isn't just Frost.

The whole program has a massive sense of entitlement, they believe they have a right to win, are pre-ordained to win, simply because they are them.

If something good happens for them it is because they earned it, because they have a right to it. When something bad happens it is because of bad luck or poor officiating or a dirty play or some other thing that went against them.

They believe that people should like them and respect them simply because they are who they are.

Spot on! This is why anybody not a Nebraska fan hates them and now laughing at them.
It is going to be extremely hard for Nebraska football to ever be like they were in the 90’s ever again and their fans don’t realize how much of a disadvantage their program is at right now.
They have nothing, they don’t play in a recruiting hotbed every year like in the Big 12 days, current high school players have never seen Nebraska be good and have no clue who Tom Osborne is. Their recruiting is competing with the bottom half of the Big 10. They are irrelevant and are falling deeper and deeper into a huge hole.
10 years from now a bowl season will be a good season in Lincoln. Hell, it already is. About to have their 3rd straight losing season.

What planet are you living on? Your ignorance is astounding.

You do know you're describing the Colorado program?

You do know you're describing the Colorado program?

Seems as if you aren’t surveying the Buffs that well.

1. Colorado plays in a recruiting hotbed every year in L.A.
2. Colorado has been improving on the recruiting trail. They just landed a commit from the #1 back in Louisiana who had offers from all the major SEC schools. Colorado is in the mix for several other big time prospects and in case you didn’t miss it, Colorado landed the #1 overall player from the 2019 class in Antonio Alfano.

3.Tell me any signs of Nebraska on an upward trajectory? You continue to get embarrassed on a weekly basis. Frost has lost the team and some of your commits have flipped.
Im really starting to think something is seriously wrong with you. Do you realize the dumpster fire Frost is fueling in Stinkoln?

The Buffs are landing high quality recruits In hot beds like Louisiana and Texas. They play and are featured in the large recruiting bed of California. Landing high caliber recruits from Arizona. Unlike Frost, Mel Tucker is earning the respect of players and setting the right kind of foundation to flip the program fast. Despite having a thin and depleted defense, they have shown true progress in a season with a new system, and not moral victory bull****, if they aren’t thrown under the bus.

Go have another round of getting beat by Purdue’s third string QB.

I'm living on the planet that unfortunately has the state of Colorado stuck next to the land of red polyester wearing mouth breathers who think that they and their state is something special because a couple of decades ago their college football team was actually good, unlike now.

We have had to live with hordes of them who were lucky or smart enough to escape that disaster of a state coming to Colorado but insisting on sticking that stupid N all over their clothing, their cars, etc. as if it makes the something special. For your information it doesn't, it make them look like a bunch of hicks.

For you information Surveyor, your savior is failing. Your team sucked when he took over and it continues to suck at least as badly, it isn't going to get better.

They aren't going to get better players and there is no magic "system" that is going to bring them back.

The ignorance is from the fans who think a team that can't beat G5 teams is going to be playing for a conference championship soon, and that they are somehow respected by the rest of the college football world. They aren't, they are laughed at like we are doing in this thread.

LOL!
Will CU still feel comfy as a bottom feeder of the PAC12? I'm thinking it could happen.

I would be more worried about your Nubs still being bottom feeders in the Big1G. Much more likely when comparing the coaching staff quality and recruiting results being delivered at the two schools. The nubs are falling further and further behind

I'd be very worried. Fleck was the right guy for Minnesota, Brohm surprised by staying at Purdue, Lovie has things righted at Illinois and both Iowa and Wisconsin continue to be on the top with no signs of slipping. Only programs in the B1G West on a downward trajectory are the NUs -- and I wouldn't bet against Fitzgerald getting back to where he'd been with that program.

I had my doubts about Frost from day one based on his noticeable downward trajectory at Oregon. That offense slid under his direction.

The opener at South Alabama, however, was the big reveal. Frost is in year two and that game was closer than the the final score showed. South Alabama is a one win team and was competitive in Lincoln.

The negative trajectory was confirmed when Frost and the Bugeaters lost to Purdue playing a 3rd string walk on. That is not a talent problem. It’s a coaching problem.

Better show against Maryland, a bottom four FBS football team. Anything less than a blowout would be another red flag. If Nebraska loses, things will get uglier than they already are. (I know two Husker down here in Florida and they’ve already given up on Frost, mostly because they know how easy it is to win at UCF.)
