Even this scenario is possession and distribution of underage porn. Both are felonies.

The fact that he did it to bully and humiliate highlights a character deficiency that Frost claims not to tolerate.

Exactly. Like sending a blackmail text to your ex-girlfriend of her performing oral sex at 15 years old is somehow better if the sex performed was consensual? That's some backwards logic. But par for the course for the self-appointed "classiest fans in football"

Quick Maurice Washington scorecard/rap sheet:

-This kid was expelled from HS (I don't know why, but his HS coach said it was behavior-related)
-He then struggles to make grades at his new school in CA (still managed to get into NU, shocking no one)
-He then possesses a video of his ex-girlfriend being raped and decides to send it to her after they broke up with the message "Remember this hoe".
-He eventually posts $30,000 bail after being arrested for these crimes (it would be purely speculative to assume that these funds came from a less than NCAA-sanctioned source, but you do the math)
-He gets busted for drug paraphernalia during the offseason
-He gets an attorney that just so happens to be a big Husker booster

-He is suspended for exactly one half of a football game against the mighty Jaguars of S Alabama.

But Scott Frost won't recruit guys with anything negative on their social media profiles because he's a high character guy. Right.......
