Official D coordinator search thread (DJ Eliot hired?)

I love him as a position coach hire. I hate that it took this long to get a position coach. But I'm betting he comes in as a Co-DC.

I'm waiting for all the facts to come out. Remember when people were freaking out because Tumpkin was thought to be our DC hire? This has shades of that and the tea leaves suggest he might just be hired as LBs/Co-DC. Let's see what happens next.
 
Looks like he is up to snuff on Chev-like Twitter activity, like his recruiting background. He'll get the jimmy's and joe's to run Mac's x's and o's?
 
I for one am just glad their is movement. He does fit the bill of a younger guy that Mac can continue to groom (hopefully he's picked up a thing or 2 from Stoops before hand) and it seems he can recruit a little. I think the key will be if he is CO or just DC, but I'm good either way to be honest, cuz we know Mac is the one who has put the D together the way he wants to play. Now lets get a kick@$$ DB's coach and someone to replace oh Tumpklin tough nutz
 
Here is to hoping that he is a position coach and not a coordinator. With his recruiting skills I think that would be a great fit. I don't much care for the thought of him as a DC or a CO-DC after his recent struggles.
 
as far as we know it could be him and Tumpkin with the Co Coordinator titles. I would be ok with that
