As I understand it, CU gets very little financial support from the State of Colorado, to such a degree that the university is considering going "private".
As I understand it, CU is the only school in the BIG XII (possibly the country) that offers only 1 year contracts to its assistants.
As I understand it, CU is the only university that bills its athletic dept. at "out of state" rates for its scholly athletes.
As I understan it, the AD and Chancellor are on record as saying that finishing in the top half of the Big XII and going to bowl games more years than not is the goal.
As I understand it, CU has had 4 losing years in a row, and no staff changes are expected.
As I understand it, the head coach might have, sorta said "10 wins and no excuses" before going 3-9.
My reality, I get a call once a month asking for another donation. I won' t anymore. Sorry.
