I was going to say the same thing. With how close to the vest this search has been played and this scheduled announcement, I feel like we are either going to be elated or depressed
I think they'll find a way for us to be both at the same time.

President-Entertainment & Sports, MGM Resorts International​

George T. Kliavkoff is on the board of Jaunt, Inc. (California) (former President & Chief Executive Officer) and President-Entertainment & Sports at MGM Resorts International.

In his past career Mr. Kliavkoff occupied the position of Executive Vice President-Business Development of MLB Advanced Media LP, Principal at RealNetworks, Inc., Director at JAUNT, Inc., Chief Digital Officer for NBC Universal Cable, Inc. and Board Member at Comcast Ventures LLC.

He received an undergraduate degree from Boston University and a graduate degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
 
I was underwhelmed by the name at first then his achievements came up and now I'm impressed.

This doesn't appear to be a departure from what the conference is trying to do.
