he's on the updated roster on cubuffs.com as of today (without any asterisk or anything, unlike moten).

someone will confirm whether he's actually participating in practice today (altho i think the rule is 2 days in no pads before you can go in pads so he probably won't be full-go today, assuming he is in).

i think this is a done deal and he plays v. the rams.

Is everything square with the NCAA? CU can't afford any sanctions for jumping the gun. After the ICC incident, we might already be in jeopardy.
