Putting CH back in to play flutterball was inexplicable. Even the commetators recognized the DB's were squatting on the routes. Why? Because EVERYBODY knows CH won't burn you deep. This staff does not have it. The fact that CH can pick up yards against a prevent only suckers those who don't know anything about FB. I could get yards against the prevent.
This staff is going to play CH whenever possible, and I honestly wouldn't be surprised to see CH start v. Mizzou. Why acknowledge TH is the better QB but jerk him during crunch time? TH isn't the greatest, but he can make things happen. CH can't. So why in the name of pete do you play him? Because he's the HC's son, that's it.
The D played well. They basically held KSU to 6 points. TH's and Espy's fumbles were killers. Polk looked great. Herrod did too.
I think Woelk hit the nail on the head.
CH needed to do something, and he just confirmed what he can't do...and added to his INT stats.
I can't imagine a scenario where this staff should be kept next year.
