Other games weekend of 11/1-11/3

Arizona State 21
Utah 17
Halftime
Utah is a very different team on the road. As hot as they are right now, they are not a road warrior team. If we either shake the staff up, or come up with a solid performance with a few players coming back from injury, we can still beat them.

Utah has never concerned me. They win by getting multiple turnovers. Avoid those and they are easily beatable.

Watching Michigan-Penn State...........really, really impressive performance by Michigan's D here. I think Penn State has like 110-ish yards of total offense?

Wyoming up 24-9 on San Jose State-could we see a change there? Gotta think they'd welcome HCMM back if we let him go.

San Jose has no money. They would probably like to make a change but don't know if they can and if they did they would be hiring a low budget guy.

Almost all the MWC schools have athletic budgets (overall, not just football) of between 36 and 46 million dollars. The exceptions Wyoming at $32M, Nevada at $27M, Utah State on the bottom at $25M, and SJSU at about $29M. With their spending on some other sports and the generally higher cost of doing business in California I would expect that their real spending on football is very close to if not the lowest in the league.

Before MacIntyre got there dropping the program was being seriously discussed, It still wouldn't surprise me if that didn't happen or they dropped to FCS.

Looks like they are have some planned facilities upgrades and they have future home games against Arkansas, Penn State and Georgia which should help the budget.

San José State University is pleased to announce that it has received a $5 million signed gift commitment from alumni, business leaders and philanthropists Larry and Deirdre Solari. Their gift, among the largest ever to SJSU Athletics, will support SJSU football personnel and facilities, including plans for a new football operations center envisioned for the east side of CEFCU Stadium, Home of the Spartans.

Debils up on Utah 28-20 in the fourth.

How can the entire PAC12 suck this bad and we still fall to the bottom.

Good to see at least Pedo State getting blasted, somehow Okie Lite managed to lose to Baylor.

Michigan opening up a can on PSU-Jim Harbaugh's team looks like one who clearly belongs in the top 4.

I'd put guys who are collecting buyouts in the category of "low budget guys". Anyway, I want him making the most money possible if we move on from him-and I think that's probably going to be as a group of 5 head coach.
