Nebraska Game Week - Prime: “This is personal. That’s the message of the week.”

Wanted to post this before the game, but there is a video with Adam and the guy from Nebraska's 247 site that talked about the matchup, and also talked about guys to watch, or guys that were the best players from each team. The Nebraska guy mentions at 8:35 on this video about Nebraska CB Quinton Newsome and then they show some highlights of Quinton.

This first video shows a man-to-man moment where the receiver fakes out and then cuts inside off the line, and everything Newsome does is wrong, terrible technique, if you watch the other video I linked, which is Prime coaching his Cornerbacks, with one of the most important things is to use your outside hand/arm to disrupt the route/WR and then run with him. Newsome stabs with his right arm and whiffs, and is off balance immediately. If Newsome is great, and I hope he goes to the league, but he has bad techniques, because he is likely coached by a JAG Cornerback coach, nothing like Prime. This is an example of how Nebraska is low on talent and weak on coaching.

Prime's CB are and will be the best because of this detail to excellence.

I am thrilled that Matt Rhule is Nebraska's coach, it makes our chances against them better and better

Honest question here.

Even if the starters are practicing against the second stringers, what are the odds in any given week that either our WRs or our DBs will be facing players better coached and/or more talented than they see in practice?

Colorado's season starts September 23. CSU is going to be a blow out. I realize you're pissed, but well... you deserve to be. Welcome back to the sh!t talk. It was sad before but maybe, just maybe... things might actually be different now.

Rhule talked passive-aggressive bull**** for the past 9 months

Shows up has a 'prayer' on the logo (I didn't see any praying from those videos). Kicking balls into the CU warm-up huddle.

Gets pounded by CU then called out by s2.

"Oh no! I would never do anything wrong. I asked Shedeur to PRAY with me"

This guy was made for Nebraska

Rhule reminds me of the passive aggressive little bastards I’ve fired.

It brings me such joy when I have enough cause for the unemployment office to disallow benefits on termination. Those moments feel incredible. **** I’d love to fire Rhule, watching smug feigned ignorance quickly shift to angry tears is a beautiful moment. Feels like you keep a little piece of their soul

I have a somewhat different read on him. I don't think the ignorance is feigned. He's trying to cover up ignorance with snark and so forth but I really don't think that ****er knows what he's doing.

They didn't pray hard enough.

He's that player who does chippy stuff all game and then backs off while feigning total innocence when the retaliation happens. He's a John Stockton / Chris Paul type person.

Just seeing some video of the crowd from the game. The TV makes it look there was way more red than there actually was. Is that just a visual effect from TV cameras? It looks like about 10x more Nub fans than there actually were.

I didn’t see that when I rewatched on TV
