CSU Game Week Thread

Good **** from Eisen here.

The thing that really struck me was Eisen saying that in decade of knowing Prime, working with him and being friends he has never seen him disrespect anyone in his personal interactions.

The Norvell statement was slander. As Eisen said, it was making assumptions about someone when you have no idea about the man behind the shades.

Let us know what color sunglasses please.
PRIME 21 - Gold

Man, I really was worried about the Buffs getting trapped in this game. I mean, Prime was hyping last week up as our rivalry game, we got Oregon a week from Saturday - this was the perfect game for us to get caught in a motivational gap with CSU being all excited to show up big brother and us looking for a reason to match their fire.

Then Jay Norvell opened his mouth.

What.a.dumbass.

It wasn't going to matter. The Buffs aren't just a little bit better, or even just better, the Buffs are way better.

This just means the point spread gets covered before halftime instead of in the 3rd quarter.

In recent years with some of our worst teams in the past half century CSU couldn't hang with us. They needed us to have a bad game and them to be at their best to have a chance.

This year we could have a bad game, they could be at their best, and it still wouldn't be in doubt. Now it won't be that close.

Got a call this morning from my CSU alum buddy, he wanted to crack a joke about betting pink slips on this game -knowing the stomping is imminent. I asked him if he saw what Norvell said; he hadn't. When I told him, he laughed and said, "Oh **** he went and poked the ****ing bear, didn't he?"

Yup. Yes he did.
