'11 CA K Jake Van Ginkel (Signed to Boise State)

Boise can definitely use a kicker. Hope Jake does well. Family seemed cool.
 
Wow, he didn't even wait for the official visit ... well, good for him. Seemed like a nice kid and definitely a talented leg.

I want to thank you guys for the support you have shown Jake.
Colorado was one of the first schools to recruit Jake.

I think Boise is going to be a perfect fit for Jake though.

Set California career record with 39 FG`s and finished just short of the career scoring record with 267 points.

It seems that not only was USC right about their decision to pass on Van Ginkel, but they saw something in Heidari. Heidari's performance as a true freshman, even only playing 12 games due to sanctions, places him 3rd in the Nation. If allowed to play 13, he could easily have been the Nations #1 Kicker. http://www.cfbstats.com/2011/leader/national/player/split01/category07/sort01.html

As for PATs, he is tied for 1st with 50/50.
