#11 CU v #6 UNLV - March 15th, 8pm MT - NCAA Tournament 2nd Round Game Thread

Had to make a stop a la liquor store. Lucky for me tipoff was delayed. Go Buffs! Beat that mustached mother..... rebel.
 
Keys to the game as I see them:

1) Don't let the Rebs get off to a fast start and fall into an early hole

2) Run on O ... slow it down in their halfcourt with a smothering D

3) No serious early foul trouble to our first 6

4) Need another great game from Dre and Carlon ... without them we're sunk

5) Keep our crowd in it ... Mark Johnson said they we're already deafening 15 minutes ago! Hope they still have voices by crunch time!

6) Keep it close until crunch time and hope that altitude starts to take its toll on them ... and finally ...

7) Score more goddam points than they do!

Great start for the Buffs and Carlon! listening to the radio pre-game, they said he was sick all week. Glad to see he's playing well so far!

We might only have 17 fans, but they are the loudest 17 mother****ers in college sports.... :nod:

Actually, Alby is a little over 6000 feet.

But that's irrelevant, since UNLV plays their games in LAS VEGAS. :rolling_eyes:
