'17 CA QB Tyler Lytle (Signed to COLORADO)

Tough night for Lytle and Servite, threw for 199 yards in a 14-10 defeat against Bishop Amat in which he was sacked 6 times.

That was a lot of positive yardage against Bishop Amat, how did they only score 10 points? Penalties and turnovers?

Looks like penalties and few key drops according to media. Lytle's listed passing yards were 210 yard and 30 yards rushing. Amat scored on special teams and one pass play. Servite was missing Keith Taylor, Washington Husky DB commit due to suspension from previous game. Irving Servite Safety also out due to knee. They only had 60 yards total rushing. The article mentioned Lytle was hit a lot in the game.

Lytle finished 18-of-27 passing for 267 yards in a dominating win over Villa Park (whose QB is Purdue commit Nick Sipe). His backup got some run and VP scored a couple late so that's why his stats aren't higher and the score is closer. His competition really takes a step up after his OV when he gets into league play against the likes of JSerra, St John Bosco, Orange Lutheran, Mater Dei, and Santa Margarita (Bosco and Mater Dei rank 4/2 in the nation per MaxPreps).

He hits the crossing pattern better than any high school player I have watched video on.

Also that play at 4:28 should be illegal. Look how far his oline is down field when he throws the ball. That is to much advantage for the offense.

They've been calling that more this year but, consistently, not really.

The play is legal because the pass is behind the line and not upfield. It's what make the RPO such a dangerous fence to run.

Servite has one of the most difficult high school schedules in the nation this year. Lytle is a great pickup for the Buffs.

That whole league is unreal. Theres numerous articles about it being in the two toughest leagues in the country. All 6 Trinity teams are ranked in the top 25 in So Cal. Servite won't beat Bosco or Mater Dei. They are all actually in the top 5 of 6 which is nuts!

Anybody can request to be verified, but not sure what the real qualifications are. Baller high school quarterback must be one.

Tate Martell, Davis Mills, Jake Allen are another couple of QB's that are. I just looked up the top QB's and these guys are all verified. So Baller HS QB must be one LOL!

Any chance he needed some more followers/ verified followers in order to get verified so following some coaches was a cheap way to get there as he knew they'd follow him back?
