I'm gonna miss beating those retards.
pretty excited about the Pac move and playing those teams. NU wasn't the same to hate on after they slipped to being a 6-7 win team for almost a decade regardless of how bad we are. and 62-36 kind of felt like the end of the job in a way. rest was just giving your two weeks.
Looks like the memories of Buff fans is fading every day.
Here is a fact check for all of you for the last decade:
Total wins/loss records (including bowl games): CU 57 Wins / 62 Losses Bowl games played 5 with a record of 1 Win / 4 Losses.
NU 84 Wins / 46 Losses Bowl games played 8 with a record of 5 Wins / 3 Losses.
Best season records: CU 2001 with a 10-2 record, next best season record 2002 with a 9-4 record, others of note none really.
NU 2001 with a 11-2 record, next best season record 2000 with a 10-2 record, others of note: 2003 with a 10-3 record, 2009 with a 10-4 record.
Series record for the decade: CU 4 wins / NU 6 wins
Average season W/L record for each team: CU 5-7 NU 8-4
Number of seasons with losing records in the decade: CU 5 NU 2
Looks to me the series record is about even. The total W/L records are in NU's favor and the same goes for the Bowl Game W/L record since 2000.
If I were just a CU fan I would keep on my sun glasses, retain my jaded view of the last decade (especially regarding the Huskers) and ALWAYS remember the numbers 62 and 36 (in that order).
Good Luck in the 12-PAC!
