Colorado RPI Watch

I cannot help but think that there are fans of Wofford and Dayton and Baylor and St Johns and Air Force and CSU and Wyoming (and Kansas:rolleyes: ) and across the rest of the Pac12 who are more worried about what Colorado is doing to their RPI.

It's comical that our league RPI is basically guaranteed to be better than last year's, just one week into the season.

Great job today 'Buffs!!!!

Wofford lost a close one (61-66) at Ball State.

Texas Southern is holding onto a 2 pt lead against LA-Lafayette with 9 minutes left. That would be a good win for them and help us.

Utah hoping to beat Sacramento State tonight. Up 27-23 early.

Cal just went up by 8 over DU with a little over 9 minutes to go.

Six days before Thanksgiving, Colorado has accomplished something no Pac-12 team did last season: It defeated a ranked team.

Roll Tad

Oregano St beat uTerus last year, and I know the whorns rpi was in the 50's, but I can't remember if they were ranked at the time.

Cal got the win over Denver, 72-61. Road win.

Texas Southern beat LA-Lafayette 74-71, in OT

And even Utah is taking care of business (for now) up 58-50 on Sacramento State in SLC

Wazzu, Fresno State and Wyoming are all early in their games, with Oregon/Vanderbilt still to come tonight

We need them to be better than this.

They'll beat Idaho State in their next game, but all bets are off after that. And with USC being improved this year, there are going to be very few opportunities for the Utes to realistically pick up conference wins. They could beat Arizona State or Wazzu, and someone else like an Oregon State is capable of having a horrendous night and losing to them, but they are the worst team by a mile, IMO, which says something considering how bad ASU is.

Oregon destroying Vanderbilt. 41-20 at the half. This will help the conference's reputation.

Definitely helps, although keep in mind this Vanderbilt team is way down. Picked 10th in SEC.

Wazzu in OT, Wyo and Fresno both in close games that are in their final minutes.

Wyoming pulled away late to beat Southern 67-60. Southern led most of the 2nd half. Wyoming's not that good, but they're tough at home.

Fresno State beat Pacific 66-61. That team is somehow 2-1. Hope they keep finding a way to win more than they lose.

Wazzu only manages 20 points in the 2nd half at Pepperdine and loses in OT, 56-58.

There are some bad teams at the bottom of the Pac-12.

At least during basketball season we don't have to endure being the team embarrassing the rest of conference.

29-28 Cal at the half. They better not **** this up.

Looks like the only game of direct interest to us tomorrow is Washington/Seton Hall. We'll see if the Huskies can bounce back from that ridiculous loss to Albany. Seton Hall is supposed to be one of the bottom Big East teams, but Washington is obviously capable of losing to anyone.

Oh, and Wazzu (who could only manage to score 56 points, even with OT, in a loss to Pepperdine) plays Kansas next. This may not be the best KU team ever, but Wazzu may lose by 75.

Didn't see this posted in here, not sure if in another thread elsewhere, but I'm not ****ing sorry IAP.

One huge factor in this is whether or not Suggs will play (concussion). We missed his senior leadership vs. Albany.

Without him UW could lose, bad.

Hey Rugged -- that clip made the espin Not So Top 10. They had a mid-high camera angle that shows how bad he missed the layup, and also showed him falling to the court.
