It just saddens me that Duff was unable to see the benefits beyond a pedestrian coach with an eight-win ceiling, earned over five years of diligence by gaining the trust of diamonds in the rough. I feel the rest of us understood what was possible with a hire like Prime.

In late august, i posted that he would be running for Senate in 28 or 30, and that goal would keep him coaching at CU for many more years. my intent was to start a 'rumor' or talking point. now, it seems doable.
