Clark Evans doesnt need coaching, he'll coach himself, will be the new QB coach, and will take over as OC by his sophomore year.

He scared Helfrich into leaving for Oregon.

  • Los Alamitos (CA) Los Alamitos QB 6-5/225 Clark Evans accounted for nearly 3,000 yards of offense and 28 touchdowns as a junior.

  • The LA Times' Eric Sondheimer listed Clark Evans among his top college prospects of Class of 2009.

  • Colorado-bound quarterback Clark Evans of Los Alamitos and San Diego State-bound running back Ronnie Hillman of La Habra are among the North players who have been selected for the 50th Brea Lions Orange County North-South Prep All-Star Football Game on July 10.

  • Clark Evans became Los Alamitos' quarterback in his sophomore year, making him only the fifth underclassmen to start at quarterback at the school in the past 30 years.
