Official 2014 Hawaii @ Colorado football game thread

It was just a boring thing to watch. I long for an explosive offense. Not explosive diarrhea.

That was a game of "can a bad team beat a terrible team."

Thankfully the Buffs won. That might be the last tally in the win column for the 2014 season.

There is just something dysfunctional about our offense. We can't seem to develop any continuity. I think it boils down to the line play.

Yeah, I would. You don't call one of our own players a pussy when he's on the field busting his ass, whether or not he looks good doing it.

I'd love to see the people who like to call QBs pussies take some of the hits that Sefo takes week after week.

It is fair to say that he doesn't square up and set his feet on a lot of passes, it's also fair to say that he doesn't have the time to do that most times. Give him a reasonable level of protection and it would be easier for him to be more consistent.

Agree, but think it is blocking all the way around. Saw WRs miss blocks, our OL missed easy blocks like chopping the DL, and Slavin missed a block leading to an INT.

Similar to our run defense, all 11 guys have to execute and right now their are too many mistakes.

One thing, for sure, I think we started every damned drive from inside the ten. At least it seemed like it.

well, better feeling than if we lost. will it be the last game we win? I think we win one or two more in conf play.

One thing Sefo is not, is a pussy. The guy has a heart of a lion.

We've matched our W's against FBS teams from last year. Think we play much better against Cal

Can't get over hyped by games like last week or all down after games like this. We are seeing the inconsistency of a really young team.

We've been selling those fruits for 8 years.

Well, then what do you attribute it to, oh wise one? :smile2:

At at least we seem to have turned the corner on our head coach. I hope het weeks his staff though.

We won? Gonna make it real simple, we don't do that next week. Talk is what it is.

You don't think we can win next week? I like our chances to get a road win. Can't imagine us playing as poorly on offense

Hawaii's defense wasn't scared of our offense at all in the second half. They were coming straight up the field every snap and we couldn't make them pay for it.

Luckily Valor Christian has three QBs better than Hawaii's.
