I posted that there were two commits and Webb was likely to commit several days ago. I was told those posts were pulled due to a 24 hour rule. It's been probably 72 hours since then. 72-24=48.

Davis is an excellent high school kicking prospect. He has a big time leg and shows flashes of dominance on both field goal and kickoff. He has shown outstanding improvement over the years. He has 55+yard range on field goals off the ground. Kickoffs are a strength. He recently hit a 74 yard, 4.06 kickoff (2-16). He has big time potential. He has a great attitude and work ethic. Davis is going to make a fine addition to any future college football program.

3 Scholarship kickers and 1 walkon... HCMM better be able to find an adequate FG kicker out of the bunch. Lack of accuracy has been a problem here for way too long.
He is typically pretty spot on with his analysis though. Kinney, once he adjusted, really was a bright spot at the punter position.
To be fair, he set the bar pretty low with his first punt (attempt). But I agree, I think he was solid last year, and I look forward to him potentially being a real weapon like we used have with our revolving door of AA Punters, back in the day.
