3rd College Football Poll - Tue, Nov 15 (Buffs #10!!!!)

Where will CU be ranked on Tuesday?

  • Total voters
    161
  • Poll closed .
Don't lose to an FCS school, and don't lose to a G5 school
I know. But if the cougin' it prophecy is true, and they fall apart at the end of the season, I want them to be as highly ranked as possible.

I texted the Top 10 news to my CU undergrad daughter right after it was announced, and she was like "well duh, everyone knows." The point is that the current students are closely following and into this stuff. Buffs are building a new generation of future alumni support, after a decade or so of wandering in the desert....She's asking about changing her Fall break flight back to SoCal so she can watch the game, but that ain't happening.

No, Michigan lost and didn't move at all. Clemson jumped from ahead to behind them. Michigan loses to unranked Iowa and maintains, Washington loses to #13 USC and drops to spots. OSU jumps up to #2 because they murdered 2 consecutive teams, although the committee claims that's not a criterion.

Yeah, I got that wrong, but the sentiment still stands. I understand that there are very few 1 loss teams and there was carnage in the top 10, but I can't help the feeling that they are setting the stage for 2 Big Ten teams in the playoff.

Hey, we got tight travel times, and flights are booked up out of DEN. We can watch the game together on National TV at the ol' Huntington Beach homestead.

Skype her in for the Thanksgiving meal and let her stay with her friends to witness history.

You'll be a hero.

Trust me on this...

I know. At least we can watch the game together on an invention known as The Television. It's not the same as live, indeed.

Amazing that the wolverines have played only 2 games outside the state of Michigan.

They're batting .500

What an honor, but again, means nothing if we don't beat Wazzu (to be captain obvious). This can turn into an 8-5 season before we know it if we aren't ready to play. Granted, we'd have killed for 8-5 preseason, but we can do far better than that now. Wazzu is going to be one hell of a test. How on earth they lost to Eastern Washington is baffling, even for a Leach team.

Don't know why Louisville fans are pissed. Ohio State will beat Michigan, or vice-versa, and then they'll be right there. Or am I missing something?

Goddamit, the ****ing schedule was released months ago! You knew this game was on Saturday! What the hell is wrong with you? I guarantee you the parties in Boulder Friday and Saturday are going to put to shame anything going on in SoCal.
