**** bailer!

The on-field beat downs are nice and all. But it's still search for off field justice that drives this saga.

Recap: BU faces six title nine suits.

"It continues to be difficult to get transparency from Baylor, despite what they say publicly,” said Waco attorney Jim Dunnam, who represents the 10 former students in the lawsuit."

Waco Trib

This story could end with a bunch of settlements with victims signing non-disclosure agreements. But it would be a lot more satisfying with an order from the bench and a whole bunch of discovery seeing the light of day.

They chose to go there or stay there despite that. There may be a few kids within their individual particular circumstance I'd feel bad for, but not as a group or in general

Josh Gordon says Baylor coaches helped him pass drug tests

Not too long after I got arrested for possession of marijuana at Baylor, one of my coaches came by saying, ‘You are going to get drug tested by the compliance office. This is how it’s going to work, this is what they are going to do. If they do call you in, here goes these bottles of detox.’ He showed me how to drink them, showed me how to take them. That was my first experience with, like, getting over on the system and the authority not really being serious because it was kind of being guided by someone who was employed by the university."

So if his coaches were helping him, how'd he end up failing a test? Gordon explained that by saying at the time his mindset was, "I'm out of detox drinks. Where is coach with my drinks? Not enough time, got to take a drug test, failed the drug test."

I hope he cleans up and plays again. He’s an incredible receiver

Hope he cleans up and goes on to have a good life. Great if he can play football again and do it clean but more important that he can live the rest of his life in a positive way.

They're not going to win a game, and I'm enjoying every second of this. **** Bailer!

For those keeping track they have been outscored 152-240, far less than I had hoped for but 0-6 still the direction they deserve.
