No USC game thread yet?

What did Tad say about officiating? Missed that.

Tad Boyle, the Colorado coach, on what’s happened over the last several weeks. He made his feelings known on the weekly Pac-12 teleconference call Tuesday morning. Asked about the officiating changes, he joked, “What officiating changes? It’s being called right now the way it’s always been called, in terms of conference play. The officiating changes have gone out the window.”

I thought he was talking about things like the hand checking rule.

fun listening to the announcers grudgingly acknowledge that CU is better than USC - even if they argued that it wasn't how things were "supposed" to be.

What's surprising to me is, belittling Colorado basketball was what Big 12 honks did when CU announced they were changing conferences. The Pac-12 should embrace having another strong basketball program to raise their conference's athletic profile and if the other institutions don't like CU challenging them for titles this early they should step their game up and get some coaches who can earn their paycheck in elevating their team to an elite one.

Reminds me of McChesney's comment about tight ends on CU's roster being pissed that a freshman walk on is outperforming them in practice.

After the PAC 12 in their generosity has CU stay till late on Sunday to play this game..... I am really satisfied with teams effort overall. Solid performance and win. Screw the scheduling though!
