Official 2022 Bowl Games Thread

Why did he ever think bringing him from OU was a good idea? At some point, it has to be said that Riley simply doesn’t place much of an emphasis on defense

I mean I can definitely buy he doesn't value defense as much as others, but surely he can't be psyched to be losing games where his offense scores 40+ only for his defense to just get dog walked down the field and lose it

I was out for a run in the 4th Q. I was expecting USC to win as Tulane was not stopping sc at all. Few things are more enjoyable than a USC epic fail. What the heck happened?

Tulane score with 4:09. Down 8. SC returner muffed the kickoff out on the one. SC RB tackled in the end zone for a safety. Tulane down 6. Tulane QB with some great saves to get first downs on 4th downs. Tulane down to the 6 with about 16 seconds left. TD with :09 left.

533 yards and 47 points to Utah in the Pac 12 CCG. 539 and 46 to Tulane today.

A couple greatest hits from the tenure in Norman-693 yards and 63 points given up to LSU in the 2019 Peach Bowl. 527 yards and 54 to Georgia. I'm sure there are others.

He's a typical Mike Leach disciple-outscore people and hope you can find a DC you trust to get you a stop or two. That gets you 7-8 wins in the Big 10 at best.

Knowing that the game would be physical, I love how Whittingham is all in on dominating the trenches (and then the pass for a TD).
