They have an overrated idiot as a coach.
Their teams care about winning.
Our people in charge care about party politics (Ganahl and others), curing cancer (Kroll), their own political careers (Ganahl) and their personal careers, income and power all while keeping up the “I’m a Buff!” charade because they once happened to go to CU or had a cup of coffee here (Chiaverini, Dorrell and George).
