Pregame Thread - CU vs CSU at Mile High

I always laugh when they go on about pot-smoking and drug use. When I was in school between 2002 and 2006, FoCo was the place to go for the best weed, and the reputation up there was much more serious regarding drug use.

Yeah CSU is weed and meth while CU is coke and weed at least in my experiences.

Just so everybody here is aware, tonight is the first pregame pep rally on the Pearl Street Mall. The team, cheer, band, and AD will be there tonight starting at 7pm at the court house.

All 4 espn pac 12 bloggers pick the buffs:

Why Colorado will win: Colorado State has a veteran quarterback in Garrett Grayson, but the Buffs finally have some experience in the secondary (though they'll miss Jered Bell). A confident Sefo Liufau leads an offense that has depth at receiver and tailback. Should it be close, Colorado also has veteran specialists. It might not be a blowout, but on paper the Buffs are the better team. -- Kevin Gemmell

I'd prefer the t-shirt image be of Skiddy's hilarious lamb fark. What kills me is how Skid has the sheep ear coming out of her hair. Subtle, but brilliant.

Lawrence Vickers tweeted that he'll be on the sideline tomorrow night!

And there there is this...

Making exCUses pregame, I like it.
You should take it as a slight bit of respect. You guys are a somewhat legit opponents. It'd be nice to have a warm up game ala kstate or 'braska. Then, instead of only beating you by 14, we could beat you by 30.

Anyone know a good store in the Denver area for CU gear? looking to freshen up my wardrobe for the game tomorrow.
There is a store in the Mills in Zone 4 that has some nice CU stuff. A bit pricey though. I think it is the Lid's Denver Locker Room. They have a nice assortment of caps. Some nice hoodies. They have the Dri-Fit shirts (about $60). One thing they don't have a good assortment of are authentic jerseys.

Look forward to next year then, 3rd game for us, I assume the same for you. I'll go with the theory that we'll be warmed up too.
