ND would be cool as hell, but they are a legit top 5 team unlike BYU. I'd rather the Buffs not schedule a game like that only to get blown out.

He didn't say it would be. He suggested it would help to have a decent P5 team on their schedule.
It would be better than what they currently have. This rule also opens the door for them to play Utah at some point down the road.
I assume Darth was joking but ND has a game Friday at UNC. Plus they already have 11 games scheduled plus the ACC is only allowing 1 non-conference game and the game has to be played in their home state.
How are we going to propel ourselves into the CFP discussion without a top 5 win?
