Dish is dropping the BIG network on saturday, maybe a good sign for the PAC.
@dishanswers reply to me on Twitter a few minutes ago We're open to a fair offer from PAC12. The current offer is unreasonable considering 70% of the games are on other stations.DB
Not happy. Definitely sounds like we're screwed.
Next response We are open to a deal as long as it's within reason for their product. Let's keep our fingers crossed.-Dan B.
Worst case scenario (for all those that have no chance of getting the Pac-12 Network and NEED to watch the Buffs).

Now, if anyone can tell me how to watch this on an iPad...

has anyone tried this site? it seems kinda sketchy. one link lead to some nsfw pics
I used Photon. That didn't work very well. My laptop works like a champ...no crazy po*n/viagra pop ups.You use an alternate browser that runs flash. You can try Skyfire mobile browser app
After I posted what Dish told me on Twitter, I called Dish. The rep knew what the Pac 12 Networks were, unlike the other times I have called. I explained to him that I have no other options to watch Dear Old CU since CU can't stream and the Pac 12 isn't offering streaming. He said the Pac 12 wants way too much money for Dish to pick it up. We talked about 15 minutes and, while he understood my position, I'm not hopeful that it will get on Dish this season.
I told him that Direct and Dish should gang up on Pac 12 to get a deal accomplished since I have no alternatives but to go back to the olden days of radio only. That stinks.
I don't really like the .eu sites. I am concerned about viruses and viagra pop-ups.
The Dish rep tried to appease me by telling me that I get to watch tomorrow's game and this is true.
I can't blame the Pac 12 for trying to maximize the amount they get paid, but it is time to negotiate an acceptable price with the remaining carriers.

He said the Pac-12 might be smart to give the cable companies a very very low out of footprint cost so as to get a national scope to put more pressure on Direct.
The only good news of the day is that I no longer give a **** about the pac 12 network.

I'd say that DTV's bargaining power went up quite a bit after this weekend.
ain't that the truth...

I'll be totally content with radio....I predict by Tuesday afternoon sometime after lunch many Allbuffs who don't live close enough to go to the Sac St game will become concerned that
they won't be able watch the game on t.v. because somebody is too greedy to make a deal. Yes we are sick to our stomachs due to yesterday's game but
most of us are gluttons for punishment and will want to watch the Buffs win one of their only games this year.
