I would be very underwhelmed if Calhoun got the job. We may as well replace Bohn with the AF AD.
Yeah, how about Bohn go be the Air Force AD since he loves their coaches so ****ing much.

it's not over...
lots of pressure from donors and former players but I trust nobody in charge up there
PLAYERS need to step up.. This is a ****ing joke. Troy Calhoun is going to be our coach? I'm beyond pissed right now.
How did this suddenly become FACT tonight??? Did our favorite paid rumor monger have a chat???
His first job in athletic administration came at the Air Force Academy, where he worked for the better part of nine years (1984-92). During his tenure in Colorado Springs, Bohn advanced from an intern to assistant athletic director. He served as executive director of the Blue and Silver Club, as well as other external operations throughout his stay at the academy. He played a major role in the increase of football season ticket sales from 6,000 to 20,000 and implemented a fundraising campaign that generated $16 million for stadium improvements.
From 1992 to 1995, Bohn served as Director of Marketing for the College Football Association, where he worked for one of the most respected people in the history of college athletics, Chuck Neinas (the one-time Big Eight Conference commissioner). The CFA, the precursor to the current Bowl Championship Series, consisted of six major football conferences encompassing 67 universities. He created and developed the CFA "Good Works Team" which recognizes significant off-the-field accomplishments in the area of community relations of 11 football student-athletes nationally (a team that is still selected today by the American Football Coaches Association).
az is wrong on most things - so i would take it with a 50 pound sack of salt.
Neinas.Bohn has reached out to Calhoun while Calhoun is still in the midst of the season? Did AFA allow this?
Slick Rick wanted to be CU's "JoePa" when UDub came calling.I was under the impression Calhoun is pretty happy with Air Force. Am I wrong on that and would he even want the CU job?

You betcha.Seems pretty shady to me to be using a third party to contact coaching contacts and schools while the season is going.... but I guess this is standard practice?
FWIW- this info was not AZ's so **** off
I've been hearing the same from other sites. There's going to be a Calhoun overload this week. Get ready people.FWIW- this info was not AZ's so **** off
It's been on Rivals, BuffaloChips Radio, and I've heard some other BS here and there. :lol:Then whose was it?

And do they say where they're getting it?? Considering the way it's suddenly being talked about as FACT, I assume it's coming from somebody with inside sources, or at least the ability to make people think they have inside sources...
You're right. If it wasn't posted by BCS in Barzil, it must be BS. :smile2:And do they say where they're getting it??
