You would have to think once they get closer to the TCU game they will be practicing in the heat, even that won't be close to what they experience in Ft. Worth.
My understanding is that is the reason why they are indoors so far. Early AM and with recent cool nights they can start warmer and let the IPF get hot throughout the practice.
Haven't heard this anywhere but it also wouldn't surprise me if the team has to earn outdoor practices like everything else.
 
I would assume there is also an element of privacy inside the IPF. While they are getting this thing built, they probably don't need fans trying to show up and watch.
 
Its different when you are actually coaching. C'mon now.
I'd state it a little differently...

while Sanders has been using social media at a level never before seen at CU, doing so allows the coaching staff to be selective about what is released and what is kept internal; open practices expose everything to the public.
