I don't know. IIRC, OU was the only good team the Nubs had played going into that game and they got them at home. Theb we killed them, then Miami killed them.

Alabama had beaten two very good teams in their past two games coming into this game. They're just getting beaten by an excellent team tonight. Doesn't mean anyone else is going to be able to replicate what Clemson's doing tonight.

I’m sure there are differences, but this feels very similar to me. An “unbeatable” team getting absolutely destroyed. Exposed in all three phases. This was no fluke.

Dabo has depth at DL that 99.99% of college teams can’t imagine. Losing Dexter Lawrence would damn most teams. Not Clemson. Clemson manhandled previously undefeateds ND and Bama.

They’ve got a stud QB, Studs at the skill spots, and OL with loads of experience and wins. “If we can do it, anybody can!” Cmon man.

Dabo was a lights out recruiter when he was an AC. Now he is a lights out closer with awesome assistants. He’s built up a squad of NFL level talent in the most important positions. They have serious financial/ancillary resources and exist in one of the most fertile parts of the country for football talent. The school has baby dolls everywhere and isn’t too tough to navigate academically.
