You guys were also a play or two from getting blown out again, so who cares? Ohio State fumbled and threw an INT on guaranteed scoring drives. I’m sure your boards are having fun tickling each other over that game, but I doubt Michigan State and Iowa will sleepwalk through their games like Ohio State did.
True that about "special" teams play. It's been sporadic at best.
I don't "troll" (as you put it) other opposing teams boards. I do go outside the box and read other boards to see differing points of view for perspective. Do you?
I only post on this board. Been a paying member here for a long time. Longer than many. Will probably drop off once the home v home series with CU is over. 3 more games left. Actually I hope the series is not extended. It will be fun, but there are other teams I want to see the Huskers to play for a change. Oklahoma, USC, Florida State, Kentucky, Utah and Missouri come to mind. I would like to see the Huskers play Colorado State so I can see their new stadium.

No he won't. There isn't one. Maybe that's the problem with special teams play at Nebraska.

No. I don’t read or post on other teams fan forums because I don’t care. I follow my sports teams and root for them. That is about it. Aside from rooting against Husker football and wishing for the worst possible outcome for them, I largely don’t feel strongly about other teams or even other sports. Are there other programs that I don’t like or would rather see lose? Absolutely, but I don’t care enough to see what their fans have to say. Nor would I think that their fans would give two ****s about what I had to say.

That's a weird interpretation. A husker fan accusing another fan of tunnel vision? Good lord, dude.
Surveyor's current narrative:
"CU fans are unrealistic about the state of the team." (in reality, after the OSU loss, CU fans on this site--almost without exception--predicted an 0-7 finish after a 5-0 start, and are actively discussing coaching replacements as we expect HCMM to fail to achieve a bowl in 5 of his 6 seasons coaching).
"Nebraska fans are grounded in their expectations of their team." (In reality, nebraska fans were talking about conference championships at the beginning of the season, and on this site are now declaring success in a rebuilding season as evidenced by a loss).

Oooh that was such a burn that I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to recover. **** Surveyor, did you go to Boulder? That’s the tired old “those who don’t agree with me are narrow minded” attack.
One part of that assessment is true and it’s what bothers you cobgobblers the most. You can’t fathom why the world doesn’t want to celebrate your beloved Fuskers. I’ve never seen people derive so much of their own self worth from the actions of a football team. I had a coworker, who didn’t even go to UNL, literally yell at another one who was commenting on a Fusker loss. Self-awareness and perspective do not exist in the Fusker cult.
Since Colorado put an exclamation point on the end of the nub run in 2002, they've devolved into moral victories in 2-7 seasons.
