A lot of P-Rich in how he attacks the ball, and how smooth he is in space. Obviously not as quick, but not too many people are.
 
He could end up being one of those guys who is not only a game changing talent on the field but the kind of strong personality who motivates his teammates to raise their level as well.

This is a team that needs to learn how to win. Johnny could be part of teaching them.
