Official Bowl Games Thread

Ideal playoff scenario is 6 teams with 1 and 2 seeds getting byes.

5 conference champs auto in. Then best 1 loss P5 team OR an undefeated G5 team based on rankings.

Imagine how much worse this would be if Alabama was playing the #8 seed UCF.
 
horrible. but, let's keep it at 4 teams and make it so bama wins about 10 more championships in the next 12 years.

I don’t know what can be done about the competitive balance in college football, but man this **** is ridiculous. Some of you don’t like the “boring” NFL, but the AFC/NFC Championship games are at least competitive.

The one big thing college football can do right away is to go to more uniform scheduling. 9-game conference schedules across the board. Period.
 
How mind-numbingly stupid can you be to not only get 1 but 2 unsportsmanlike penalties when you’re down by 21 and just finally gained some momentum? Now you have to kick it to Tua pretty much from your own end zone. Stupid.

I’m talking to my brother and it just kind of clicked. Alabama under Saban is like Saban coaching the NFL pro bowl team vs. a regular squad. It’s just unreal.
 
Bama OLBs play a completely different scheme that that used by MM in CU’s 3-4 system.
 
Say OU scores, still only half way there. They need big, quick plays and turnovers or they'll run out of gas.
